Building Momentum for PRINT CHINA 2027 at APPPEXPO Shanghai

The PRINT CHINA 2027 promotion team, comprising Mr. Wang Jinming, Exhibition Director, Ms. Wei Ping, Marketing Manager, and Ms. Xia Xiaoyuan, Senior Project Manager of China Print Show Company Ltd., attended APPPEXPO Shanghai from March 3-6, 2026. The team conducted on-site visits to industrial enterprises for promotion and exchanges, while further enhancing communication and collaboration with industry associations, exhibition organizers, and professional media both at home and abroad, jointly exploring market opportunities and integrating high-quality resources.

While at APPPEXPO Shanghai, the team, together with members of Asia Print, carried out official promotion activities for PRINT CHINA 2027. It received a host of relevant enterprises from home and abroad, elaborating on the exhibition’s history and the latest developments of PRINT CHINA 2027. Preliminary discussions were also held for increasing visitors to PRINT CHINA 2027, with advertising industry associations, exhibition organizers, and professional media from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan and other countries.

The PRINT CHINA 2027 promotion team at APPPEXPO Shanghai, paid visits to companies including Epson, JHF, Grandprint, AsiaLink, Liyu, Sky Air Ship, Cyber, Huidi and Nuomi. “All these companies expressed their eagerness to participate at PRINT CHINA 2027 and looked forward to launching new products and connecting with quality resources” commented Mr. Wang Jinming, Exhibition Director.

The 6th PRINT CHINA 2027 will be staged at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center from April 12 to 16, 2027. Covering 160,000 square meters, the show is projected to draw more than 1,000 exhibitors and 200,000 professional visitors. As on date, approximately 120,000 square meters of booth space has already been reserved.

Seoul to host the WPCF 2026 alongside K-Print Week

The event will be hosted by the Korean Printers Association at the KINTEX Exhibition Center II in Goyang-si.

The global printing and graphic communications community will convene in Seoul from 18–21 August 2026 for the World Print & Communication Forum’s (WPCF) 2026 Congress, taking place alongside K-PRINT WEEK.

Held under the theme “The Future of Printing Culture in the Age of AI,” the congress will bring together representatives of printing associations, industry leaders, technology providers, and experts from more than 40 countries. Delegations from major international federations, including Intergraf, FAPGA, and Conlatingraf, are expected to attend, making WPCF 2026 one of the most significant global gatherings of the sector.

The congress programme will combine high-level conference discussions, visits to the K-PRINT WEEK exhibition, technical site tours, and cultural experiences that highlight Korea’s technological leadership and heritage.

The programme will begin on 18 August with arrivals in Seoul and a WPCF Board Meeting and Welcome Dinner for members. On 19 August, participants will attend the opening of K-PRINT WEEK, explore the exhibition, and take part in the main congress sessions focusing on artificial intelligence and the transformation of the printing industry, followed by the Grand Opening Ceremony.

On 20 August, delegates will visit leading Korean printing facilities to observe advanced automation, AI-driven quality control, and sustainable production systems. Participants will also have the opportunity to join a guided tour of the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) or visit the Samsung Innovation Museum. The congress will conclude with a Closing Ceremony and Farewell Dinner. Departures or individual exploration of Seoul will take place on 21 August.

As Korea’s premier printing exhibition, K-PRINT WEEK showcases cutting-edge technologies including digital printing solutions, smart automation, and sustainable production systems. Live demonstrations and direct interaction with global suppliers will offer valuable insights into emerging industry developments.

The conference programme of the World Print & Communication Forum will explore key strategic topics shaping the future of the sector, including:

  • Artificial intelligence integration in printing operations
  • Digital transformation strategies for print businesses
  • Sustainability and circular economy models
  • Future market developments and evolving consumer demands


WPCF 2026 will provide an important platform for international dialogue and collaboration, bringing together industry leadership from Europe, Asia, North and Latin America, and other regions. The congress aims to strengthen cooperation across the global printing value chain and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices.

China Print 2027 – REPORT 1 [English version] Released

Print has profoundly changed the world since the days of Johannes Gutenberg, but now the printing industry is being challenged to profoundly change itself. Print China, over the years, has been a show-case of innovation and the 2027 show is likely to be a watershed event for “game-changing” innovation for sustainable print media supply chains that will be of great interest to graphic arts companies and their customers all across the world.

Asia Print interactive meeting at Jakarta (Indonesia)

The Asia Print Interactive Meeting 2025 was held at Jakarta during the Allprint Indonesia exhibition. Held on 8th October 2025 in Hall B Meeting Room, JIEXPO, Kemayoran, Jakarta (Indonesia) was attended by Mr. Bin Yang, Ms. Nadine Wang, Mr. Jixin A from PEIAC, China along with Ms. Cecily Pu representing CPSC, China. Meanwhile Ms. Belle Yam and Ms. Zoe Poh represented KAIZER (Malaysia), and the hosts were represented by Mr. Ahmad Mughira Nurhani, PPGI (Indonesia) along with Mr. Daud D. Salim, Mrs. Christina Sudjie from Krista (Indonesia)

The meeting started by Mr. Jixin A, Secretary Genaral of Asia Print, announcing the commencement of the meeting. Mr. Bin Yang, President of Asia Print and Vice Chairman of Printing and Printing Equipment Industries of China (PEIAC), welcomed the attendees. He regrated that some members had to missed this interactive meeting due to visa problems. Mr. Yang congratulated Krista Exhibitions, the organisers of All Print Indonesia for the successful opening of All Print Expo 2025.

Mr. Daud D. Salim, CEO of Krista Media, and the host of the event welcomed all delegates to All Print Expo 2025 and informed that All Pack 2025 will be held separately due to lack of space at the Expo Center. Subsequently, Mr. Ahmad Mughira Nurhani, Chairman of PPGI, while welcoming all attendees explained that the printing industry in Indonesia is on a growth path, the market was big and printing equipment were mainly imported from overseas.

Mr. Jixin A asked for approval of the minutes of the last meeting (August 2025) in KL, Malaysia. PEIAC, CPSC, Kaizer, Krista and PPGI had no objections. The minutes will duly be sent to other members for their approval. It was also suggested a show calendar of Asia Print meetings shoud be prepared. The time and place for next Asia Print Interactive Meeting would be decided by group via e-mail. The meeting concluded with the customary group photo shoot of all attending members.

ALLPRINT INDONESIA 2025

The 25th ALLPRINT INDONESIA exhibition by Krista Exhibitions will be held from October 08th – 11th, 2025, at the Jakarta International Exhibition – Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia and shall involve exhibits on Total Solution for Printing Technology, Equipment, Supplies and Machinery Supplies.

The 4-day show is expected to have an estimated 300+ exhibitors displaying there wares and over 35000 visitors are expected to grace the occasion from over 25 countries. ALLPRINT INDONESIA is held in conjunction with Paper & Tissue Expo, Print for Pack Expo, Intercorrugated Expo, Textile Printing Expo, INDO Sign & AD Expo and PRO Label Asia.

In conjunction with ALL PRINT INDONESIA 2025, the Asia Print Interactive Meeting is also scheduled at 2pm on 8th of October on the 2nd Floor above the hall A, Jakarta International Expo Kemayoranin. A Press Conference of Print China 2027 will be held in the same meeting room immediately after the interactive meeting.

Asia Print alliance meeting held during Print Technology 2025 exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In the morning of 13th August 2025, the Asia Print Interactive Meeting was held in the Meeting Room of MITEC in the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur.  Coinciding with the Printing Exhibition by Kaizer, the meeting attracted printing industry representatives from China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Laos, who gathered to discuss development trends and cooperation opportunities in Asian printing industry.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yang Bin, President of Asia Print and Vice Chairman of Printing and Printing Equipment Industries of China, delivered a warm welcome speech, extending sincere greetings to all attending representatives.  In his speech, Yang Bin reviewed the grand occasion of China Print 2025 (Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition), introduced the development status of Chinaese printing industry, and shared the preparation in progress for the 6th China International Printing Technology Exhibition (Guangdong) (Print China 2027 scheduled to be held in the industrial city of Dongguan), providing valuable information for representatives from various countries to understand Chinaese printing market and industry events.  Subsequently, the representative from Malaysia, as the host, delivered a welcome speech, expressing support for the meeting being held locally and expectations for future cooperation in Asian printing industry.

In the meeting agenda, participants first approved the minutes of the previous meeting to ensure the continuity of various decisions taken in the last meeting held at Beijing.  Next, in the session of market and exhibition briefings, each member unit actively shared the latest developments of their respective national printing markets, industry trends, and information about their own printing exhibitions, with each member’s speech limited to a maximum of 15 minutes.  A few members also submitted detailed reports to the secretariat in advance, providing rich data and information support for the discussions, covering areas such as new technology applications, changes in market demand, and innovative exhibition models.

In the “Other Matters” session, after in-depth discussions, all representatives voted to approve the Laos Sign Association’s membership into the Asia Print Exhibition Dederation, injecting new vitality into the federation and further expanding the scope of cooperation in Asian printing industry.

At the end of the meeting, after full discussions, it was decided that the next Asia Print Interactive Meeting would be held in Indonesia in October 2025 during the All Print Exhibition.


The successful holding of this Asia Print interactive meeting has built a high-quality platform for in-depth exchanges and cooperation among Asian printing industries, promoted information sharing and resource integration, and played a positive role in enhancing the competitiveness of Asian printing industry in the global market.  As the industry continues to develop, Asia Print will continue to play an important role in facilitating closer cooperation and common development among member states in the printing field.

VietAd 2025 takes wings at SKY EXPO (Ho Chi Minh)

The 15th Vietnam International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition, also known as VietAd 2025, is being held from July 24-26, 2025, at the SKY EXPO Vietnam International Conference Exhibition Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Co-located with the Vietnam International Smart Display and Integrated System Exhibition 2025. The event is expected to feature over 500 brands from over 10 countries showcasing the latest advertising products and machinery; LED technology and smart displays; advertising equipment, materials, gifts; advertising, printing and decorating services. The exhibition is organised by HCM City Advertising Association and Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC.

Meanwhile, Vietnam Ad & Fun Week 2025 is organized from July 22 to 26 with events featuring a wide range of activities, including exhibitions, competitions, sports competitions, workshops, and career day. under the host of Vietnam Advertising Association and the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library – Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with coordination from Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Advertising Association.

With a diverse range of activities, nearly 350 booths and over 500 brands from 10 countries, Vietnam Ad & Fun Week 2025 and EMA Vietnam 2025 are expected to welcome 15,000 delegates, guests, businesses, journalists and visitors both domestic and international.

“Asia Print” 2025 annual meeting held in Beijing

The Annual Meeting of the Asian Printing Exhibition Federation (Asia Print) 2025 was held on May 16, 2025 in Room E201 in the Shunyi Hall of The China International Exhibition Center, Beijing. Out of the 14 Asian countries in the alliance, representatives from printing associations and national printing exhibition organizers across 10 Asian countries and regions, including China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the UAE, gathered to discuss key issues such as deepening cooperation among alliance members, international and regional collaboration, and industry exhibition planning. A new leadership was democratically elected during the meeting, with Yang Bin, Vice President of the Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC), elected as the President of the alliance, marking a new phase of collaboration in Asia’s printing industry.

The meeting began with a one-minute tribute to the alliance’s founding members, Mr. Wang DeMao and Mr. John Chua from the Philippines, in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the Asian printing industry in general and Asia Print organisation in particular. Subsequently, over 20 representatives from organizations such as the Bangladesh Printing Industries Association, Japan’s JPMA, South Korea’s E&Ex Co., Malaysia’s SFTCPPA, and the Philippines’ PIAP introduced themselves, showcasing the extensive participation of Asia’s printing industry chain. China as the host, PEIAC was represented by Vice Chairman Yang Bin, Deputy Secretary-General Wang Fengna, International Director A Jixin, CPSC General Manager Shi Kaibing, Exhibition Director Wang Jinming, and Senior Project Manager Pu Xiaoying.

Following a democratic voting system, the meeting elected the new leadership team of the Asian Printing Exhibition Alliance:

President Yang Bin (China, Vice Chairman of the Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China),
First Vice President Ms. Belle Yam (Malaysia, Managing Director of Kaizer Exhibitions),
Second Vice President Mr. Zulkor Shahin (Bangladesh, International Affairs Representative of the Bangladesh Printing Industries Association).
A Jixin, Deputy Director of the International Department of PEIAC, was appointed as the Alliance Secretary-General.

During the leadership transition ceremony, Ms. Belle Yam handed over the alliance’s official seal, symbolizing its mission, to President Yang Bin. She reflected on the alliance’s efforts to maintain engagement during the pandemic through online meetings and industry surveys. She expressed gratitude to all members, “The resilience of the Asian Printing Exhibition Federation stems from the unwavering commitment of every member. I look forward to seeing the alliance reach new heights under the new leadership.”

President Yang Bin stated in his inaugural speech, “”Being elected as Federation President is both an honor and a responsibility.” He particularly acknowledged the contributions of former President Belle Yam: “During the most challenging period of the pandemic, Belle kept the alliance active, and her dedication deserves our utmost respect. Moving forward, we will build upon the cooperative framework she established, striving to make the Asia Print one of the most influential regional industry organizations globally.” Representatives such as Mr. Takeshi Hirotsune, General Manager of Japan’s JPMA, and Sean Shin, Chief Manager of South Korea’s E&Ex Co., also voiced their eagerness to deepen collaboration under the new leadership.

The meeting confirmed that an exchange event will be held in Malaysia in August 2025.

This meeting marked the largest and most participative gathering in the history of Asia Print. With the inauguration of the new leadership, the alliance has embarked on a new chapter of “unity and collaboration, innovation-driven development, and inclusive growth” starting from the Beijing meeting, aiming to secure a stronger voice for Asia’s printing industry within the global industrial chain.
