Asia Print alliance meeting held during Print Technology 2025 exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In the morning of 13th August 2025, the Asia Print Interactive Meeting was held in the Meeting Room of MITEC in the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur.  Coinciding with the Printing Exhibition by Kaizer, the meeting attracted printing industry representatives from China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Laos, who gathered to discuss development trends and cooperation opportunities in Asian printing industry.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yang Bin, President of Asia Print and Vice Chairman of Printing and Printing Equipment Industries of China, delivered a warm welcome speech, extending sincere greetings to all attending representatives.  In his speech, Yang Bin reviewed the grand occasion of China Print 2025 (Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition), introduced the development status of Chinaese printing industry, and shared the preparation in progress for the 6th China International Printing Technology Exhibition (Guangdong) (Print China 2027 scheduled to be held in the industrial city of Dongguan), providing valuable information for representatives from various countries to understand Chinaese printing market and industry events.  Subsequently, the representative from Malaysia, as the host, delivered a welcome speech, expressing support for the meeting being held locally and expectations for future cooperation in Asian printing industry.

In the meeting agenda, participants first approved the minutes of the previous meeting to ensure the continuity of various decisions taken in the last meeting held at Beijing.  Next, in the session of market and exhibition briefings, each member unit actively shared the latest developments of their respective national printing markets, industry trends, and information about their own printing exhibitions, with each member’s speech limited to a maximum of 15 minutes.  A few members also submitted detailed reports to the secretariat in advance, providing rich data and information support for the discussions, covering areas such as new technology applications, changes in market demand, and innovative exhibition models.

In the “Other Matters” session, after in-depth discussions, all representatives voted to approve the Laos Sign Association’s membership into the Asia Print Exhibition Dederation, injecting new vitality into the federation and further expanding the scope of cooperation in Asian printing industry.

At the end of the meeting, after full discussions, it was decided that the next Asia Print Interactive Meeting would be held in Indonesia in October 2025 during the All Print Exhibition.


The successful holding of this Asia Print interactive meeting has built a high-quality platform for in-depth exchanges and cooperation among Asian printing industries, promoted information sharing and resource integration, and played a positive role in enhancing the competitiveness of Asian printing industry in the global market.  As the industry continues to develop, Asia Print will continue to play an important role in facilitating closer cooperation and common development among member states in the printing field.

VietAd 2025 takes wings at SKY EXPO (Ho Chi Minh)

The 15th Vietnam International Advertising Equipment and Technology Exhibition, also known as VietAd 2025, is being held from July 24-26, 2025, at the SKY EXPO Vietnam International Conference Exhibition Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Co-located with the Vietnam International Smart Display and Integrated System Exhibition 2025. The event is expected to feature over 500 brands from over 10 countries showcasing the latest advertising products and machinery; LED technology and smart displays; advertising equipment, materials, gifts; advertising, printing and decorating services. The exhibition is organised by HCM City Advertising Association and Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC.

Meanwhile, Vietnam Ad & Fun Week 2025 is organized from July 22 to 26 with events featuring a wide range of activities, including exhibitions, competitions, sports competitions, workshops, and career day. under the host of Vietnam Advertising Association and the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library – Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with coordination from Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Advertising Association.

With a diverse range of activities, nearly 350 booths and over 500 brands from 10 countries, Vietnam Ad & Fun Week 2025 and EMA Vietnam 2025 are expected to welcome 15,000 delegates, guests, businesses, journalists and visitors both domestic and international.

“Asia Print” 2025 annual meeting held in Beijing

The Annual Meeting of the Asian Printing Exhibition Federation (Asia Print) 2025 was held on May 16, 2025 in Room E201 in the Shunyi Hall of The China International Exhibition Center, Beijing. Out of the 14 Asian countries in the alliance, representatives from printing associations and national printing exhibition organizers across 10 Asian countries and regions, including China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the UAE, gathered to discuss key issues such as deepening cooperation among alliance members, international and regional collaboration, and industry exhibition planning. A new leadership was democratically elected during the meeting, with Yang Bin, Vice President of the Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC), elected as the President of the alliance, marking a new phase of collaboration in Asia’s printing industry.

The meeting began with a one-minute tribute to the alliance’s founding members, Mr. Wang DeMao and Mr. John Chua from the Philippines, in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the Asian printing industry in general and Asia Print organisation in particular. Subsequently, over 20 representatives from organizations such as the Bangladesh Printing Industries Association, Japan’s JPMA, South Korea’s E&Ex Co., Malaysia’s SFTCPPA, and the Philippines’ PIAP introduced themselves, showcasing the extensive participation of Asia’s printing industry chain. China as the host, PEIAC was represented by Vice Chairman Yang Bin, Deputy Secretary-General Wang Fengna, International Director A Jixin, CPSC General Manager Shi Kaibing, Exhibition Director Wang Jinming, and Senior Project Manager Pu Xiaoying.

Following a democratic voting system, the meeting elected the new leadership team of the Asian Printing Exhibition Alliance:

President Yang Bin (China, Vice Chairman of the Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China),
First Vice President Ms. Belle Yam (Malaysia, Managing Director of Kaizer Exhibitions),
Second Vice President Mr. Zulkor Shahin (Bangladesh, International Affairs Representative of the Bangladesh Printing Industries Association).
A Jixin, Deputy Director of the International Department of PEIAC, was appointed as the Alliance Secretary-General.

During the leadership transition ceremony, Ms. Belle Yam handed over the alliance’s official seal, symbolizing its mission, to President Yang Bin. She reflected on the alliance’s efforts to maintain engagement during the pandemic through online meetings and industry surveys. She expressed gratitude to all members, “The resilience of the Asian Printing Exhibition Federation stems from the unwavering commitment of every member. I look forward to seeing the alliance reach new heights under the new leadership.”

President Yang Bin stated in his inaugural speech, “”Being elected as Federation President is both an honor and a responsibility.” He particularly acknowledged the contributions of former President Belle Yam: “During the most challenging period of the pandemic, Belle kept the alliance active, and her dedication deserves our utmost respect. Moving forward, we will build upon the cooperative framework she established, striving to make the Asia Print one of the most influential regional industry organizations globally.” Representatives such as Mr. Takeshi Hirotsune, General Manager of Japan’s JPMA, and Sean Shin, Chief Manager of South Korea’s E&Ex Co., also voiced their eagerness to deepen collaboration under the new leadership.

The meeting confirmed that an exchange event will be held in Malaysia in August 2025.

This meeting marked the largest and most participative gathering in the history of Asia Print. With the inauguration of the new leadership, the alliance has embarked on a new chapter of “unity and collaboration, innovation-driven development, and inclusive growth” starting from the Beijing meeting, aiming to secure a stronger voice for Asia’s printing industry within the global industrial chain.
